In the race for a seat on the powerful Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, West Hollywood City Councilmember Lindsey Horvath widened her slight lead over state Sen. Bob Hertzberg, newly counted results showed on Monday, Nov. 14.
Shortly after the polls closed on Election Day, Nov. 8, Horvath had trailed by two percentage points in the first counting of vote-by-mail ballots and some vote-center ballots.
