Share Alike are preparing to launch their annual EK Christmas Kindness Appeal which has become an integral part of the town’s festive activities.
Founder of Share Alike, Annmarie Campbell, said: “This will be our fifth year and it looks as if more people than ever will be needing our help.Get all the news from your area – as well as features, entertainment, sport and the latest on Lanarkshire’s recovery from the coronavirus pandemic – straight to your fingertips, 24/7.
“As we are expecting to be busier than ever, we are asking local shops and workplaces, in particular, to consider putting up a Kindness Tree.
