As Keanu Taylor's grisly fate is finally revealed to his loved ones this week, fans at home have all been left saying the same thing as they criticised the pacing of the storyline
When EastEnders first launched last year’s nail biting Christmas murder plot all the way back in February 2023, fans of the soap were hooked on the constant twists and turns into the story as it unfolded before our very eyes. However, since the first arc of the storyline concluded and revealed that sadly Keanu Taylor was the victim, fans at home have been less than thrilled with the storyline’s progression.
In addition to hiding the evidence, the women also hatched a cover story that said Keanu had simply fled town after his botched wedding - and surprisingly, so far nobody has been any the wiser about his true fate. However, in a new twist this week, Sharon returned from Australia just in time for floor above Keanu’s body to collapse - something which could now place all of them in danger of being rumbled.
Taking to social media to share their thoughts, one fan wrote: “A good episode. I hope with Sharon back, The Six story picks up pace. A bit tired of them all meeting up and Denise and Stacey just arguing about Jack, etc.” A third fan then added: “Still wondering if and when Dean’s part in the Vic at New Year will be shown…” as they made reference to the villain’s fleeting appearance at the pub following the harrowing events.
