A magnitude 2.6 earthquake was reported Wednesday evening at 7:15 p.m. in Long Beach, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The earthquake occurred less than a mile from Signal Hill, less than a mile from Lakewood and two miles from Los Angeles.An average of 59 earthquakes with magnitudes between 2.0 and 3.
