Ruth, a mother of one, recently surprised fans by posting a selfie in a lift where she was still wearing her wedding ring. However, Eamonn has also kept his ring on, leading one source to suggest that the father of four is 'acting out of defiance'.
A source claimed that the presenter wants to make it clear he didn't choose to end his marriage, stating: "Eamonn doesn't want to look like he's the one to blame for the end of their marriage, so he doesn't want to be the one to take the ring off first." They added: "He's saying 'I didn't end this marriage, so why should I take my ring off? ' It's a bit of stubbornness from his side," according to Bella magazine.
