The DWP is increasing the Personal Independence Payments (PIP) by 6.7 per cent as part of the annual review of benefits.
The Department for Work and Pensions has hiked payments for anybody suffering from 25 conditions by £600 amid the Cost of Living crisis.
The amount paid to eligible homes by the DWP is rising by more than £600 a year for some people.The standard rate for daily living is £72.65 a week .While the Standard rate for mobility is set to be £28.70 .If you qualify for the 2024/2025 enhanced daily living and mobility components of PIP, you’ll get £184.30 a week, £798.63 a month and £9,583.60 a year. This is an increase of £11.55 a week, £50.05 a month and £600.06 a year.
