Millions of people who hold a UK driving licence could be at risk of receiving a £1,000 fine under a DVLA rule.
Mr Lewis told listeners: “I’d like you to get your photo driving licence out of your purse or wallet please. The fact that you’ve been driving with it expired until now isn’t an issue, just go and get it renewed. You probably did get a reminder of this but as I say 2 million people haven’t updated theirs.”
