Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT As audiences eagerly await word on a potential sequel to the movie, Hasbro CEO Chris Cocks has offered a promising update on the Dungeons & Dragons TV show. The iconic tabletop game made its way back to the screen with the 2023 movie Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, which scored widespread acclaim from critics, but underperformed at the box office.
We continue to have a robust entertainment slate on D&D that we're working with several partners behind. Notably, the new streaming series from Paramount that we're partnering with them on. Despite these struggles, however, the confirmation that the Dungeons & Dragons show is still in development proves a promising sign for the possibility of Honor Among Thieves 2 to properly move forward. Paramount CEO Brian Robbins previously confirmed that the studio was still very open to the idea of developing a sequel providing they could find a way to make it for a more feasible budget.
