The Met Office says most places will enjoy a pleasant weekend before things turn more unsettled next week.
There's lots happening in Belfast and right across Northern Ireland this weekend so you'll want to know how the weather is shaping up over the days ahead as you make those all important plans.
Firstly, on Saturday, we'll see a mix of sunny spells and patchy clouds. It should be mainly dry but the odd light and local shower cannot be ruled out, mainly in the afternoon. Sunday will be a cloudy but mainly dry day with the odd isolated light shower. Ex-hurricane Ernesto influence from Thursday possible Hurricane Ernesto is currently a category two hurricane and is heading for Bermuda. It's expected to move into the North Atlantic next week and will probably have an impact on the weather patterns that will affect the UK.
Saturday: A mainly dry day with some sunny intervals, feeling warm in the afternoon sunshine. There may be the odd passing shower towards the north coast. Maximum temperature 19°C. Strong winds are also possible, these most likely affecting parts of the west and north. It is expected to be cooler in the northwest and warmer in the southeast.
