Prosecutors originally sought $150,000 bail for Hernandez, but Judge Lisa Headley rejected the request.
Amparo, 29, and Rodriguez, 28, were each arraigned separately Saturday on grand larceny charges, and released on their own recognizance. They declined to comment as they left court.
Hernandez, who will be electronically monitored if he makes bail, is next due in court Sept. 6. None of the three have criminal records, according to police. Garcia — who has worked in the Application Investigation Unit for the city Corrections department since 2018 — was on her way to work and just blocks from her home when the deadly wreck occurred.
