It will drop you off at the official coach park before the event and pick you up afterwards
Thousands of rock and metal fans will be heading to Castle Donington for the return of Download Festival this week. This year’s three-day event runs from Friday, June 14, to Sunday, June 16, with campsite parking for festival-goers opening at lunchtime on Wednesday, June 12.
One way you could head to the event is on the Big Green Coach. If you’re there for the weekend, the Big Green Coach can pick you up at one of 79 locations across the UK on either the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before the event, and return you to your pick-up location on Monday, June 17 after the event.
For those just going for the day, there are 12 locations in England that will offer return trips, including Leicester. The carbon neutral coach will drop you off at the official Download coach park. Prices vary depending on where you are being picked up from, also a number of pick up locations have already sold out if you are at Download for the whole weekend.But day travel tickets for all three days of the event from Leicester are still available for a price of £52.
