Royal Mail has been criticised by residents in the Dorking area of Surrey for ongoing delays to deliveries
They say important post, including legal documents, parking fines and medical appointments, have taken up to two weeks to be delivered. She said: "The reason we've got to this stage is because we're being materially impacted, financially impacted - our time is being impacted."Another resident, John Burch, said he had now resorted to visiting his local sorting office to obtain his post.
