Special counsel Jack Smith charged Carlos De Oliveira, a maintenance worker at Mar-a-Lago, in the Justice Department's case against former President Donald Trump related to classified documents, according to a court document filed Thursday night.
The filing, a superseding indictment, revealed four charges against Oliveira, including corruptly altering, destroying, mutilating, or concealing a document, record, or other object, as well as making false statements and representations.
