Be careful not to reach out too much. While you want to keep your manager posted on what you are working, don’t annoy them or disrupt their productivity. If you are not sure how often to communicate, ask your manager about their preference.Stay connected with your peers and direct reports. While you may be home by yourself, you should not take a siloed approach to your work. Successful people know they are part of a team and engage the team. Don’t communicate only with your boss.
