Don Spike Sentenced To Probation At 1st Trial For Drug Case
On the morning of January 9, the sentencing for the first trial was held at the Seoul Northern District Court
regarding Don Spike’s alleged violation of the Act on Aggravated Punishment for Specific Crimes. The court sentenced Don Spike to three years in prison suspended for five years of probation.five years in prison along with 200 hours of rehabilitation treatment and an order to collect about 39.85 million won in the trial for Don Spike.at a hotel in Gangnam district in Seoul in September 2022 on the charges of violating the Drugs Control Act.
After he was arrested, Don Spike was indicted in October 2022 and is currently imprisoned at the Seoul Dongbu Detention Center.
