Dog owners say a fine isn’t necessary
Dog owners in Tollerton say a fine isn’t necessary as a new rule could see dog walkers getting fined up to £100 in Rushcliffe if they do not carry dog waste bags with them.
The proposals for these orders are recommended for approval and will be decided at a full council meeting on July 7. Tollerton Parish Council called the proposals “unnecessary” and requested that its land be excluded from the PSPO.People in Tollerton agreed that it’s not ‘necessary’ and they ‘don’t get much in the area’. I have done it myself, oh god I’ve forgotten a bag. If I'm close enough I’ll just go back. I don't know how it’s going to work. Mostly down this route is a school - you need to be picking it up really.
