The woman was spotted by fellow dog walkers in the lead up to her horrific demise
The victim of a fatal dog attack was reportedly "agitated and struggling to control" animals in the days before she died. , reports the Mirror.
The Telegraph reports that the pair claim that the dog walker appeared to not look in control of the animals she was walking. They allege that they encountered her as she had lost an eight-week-old puppy she was caring for. The duo added that they were walking their dog in the same area of the attack just half an hour before the tragic incident. Following the attack, officers confirmed that eight dogs had been seized and are being kept in kennels while the investigation is ongoing.
