'Doer-upper' Edinburgh flat strewn with rubbish goes on sale for less than £70,000
An Edinburgh flat where old shampoo bottles litter the bathroom floor and rubbish has been discarded in one of the rooms is on sale for less than £70,000.
The walls are stripped in the kitchen where a bread bin has been abandoned, while the bathroom still has old shampoo bottles. Trash has been dumped on the floor in the large front room. Similar properties within this street sold for within the region of £120,000 - £127,0000 between November 2021 - June 2022.
