Doctor Who boss reveals when he found out Russell T Davies is replacing him
"[The BBC's]"Piers [Wenger] and Charlotte [Moore] told me," he recalled."I had a suspicion, because Russell hadn’t texted me for a while. And he's never been that quiet."showrunner acknowledged that he's now back in touch with Davies and knows a bit about what is being planned for the 50th anniversary in 2023.
"I know a little about what's going to happen, but not very much," he said."Really I don't want to know, because I just want to go back to enjoying watching the show as a viewer."
