Some Tory voters surveyed in Shrewsbury today say they are so disillusioned by the recent scandals that they have been put off voting altogether - but others believe Rishi Sunak, Sajid Javid or Priti Patel would make good replacements for Boris Johnson.

And she was"impressed" with the way Boris Johnson dealt with the Covid pandemic."I don't think he did a bad job," she added.
