At Wilson’s Farm and Kitchen, you can take a field-to-fork farm tour or feast on the 25 Mile Barbeque, which uses meat and seafood sourced within 25 miles of the farm.
Take a distillery tour at Borders Distillery in Hawick, the first whisky distillery – which also makes gin and vodka – in the Scottish Borders since 1837 housed in an award-winning conversion of a former Edwardian electrical works. Stay in luxury or take a tour of 16th-century Thirlestane Castle, one of the oldest and finest castles in Scotland with connections to Bonnie Prince Charlie and Mary Queen of Scots.
Broughton House & Garden is the former home and studio of ‘Glasgow Boy’ E A Hornel and has an impressive collection of the artist’s paintings.
