Deputies received a report a seaplane was having mechanical issues and was floating in the Columbia River.
A disabled seaplane was towed by a boat out of the Columbia River on Monday night, according to the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 5:39 p.m. on Monday, deputies received a report from the pilot and passenger of a seaplane that was having mechanical issues and was floating in the Columbia River near Abernathy Creek.The seaplane was successfully towed back to a private dock.
