Sharon, 50, has lived in the North Lanarkshire property for three years and claims she has had to suffer through numerous health and safety concerns, including asbestos exposure and multiple ceilings falling in.
Sharon Fleming lives in the property, on Tulloch Road, with her 17-year-old son and both were exposed to asbestos for over two years before the issue was attempted to be resolved. Sharon, 50, has lived in the North Lanarkshire property for three years and claims she has had to suffer through numerous health and safety concerns, reports the Daily Record.
"Myself and my son were exposed to it for two-and-a-half years before anything was done about it. I’ve also had two bedrooms ceilings come down in November.
“I have only been in the property for three years, I’ve been flooded three times and every time I try to get help for the repairs I am refused or made out to be a liar by North Lanarkshire Council.
