A Devon and Cornwall Police officer was dismissed for gross misconduct following a disciplinary hearing.The panel found one of the allegation to have been proven and that the officer’s behaviour had fallen below the expected standards of professional behaviour.
Mr Marshall had been accused of being dishonest in giving an update over police radio saying he had viewed CCTV when he had not done so and the panel found this allegation was proven and represented gross misconduct.
