It comes following the publication of a damning report into historic child sexual exploitation in Rochdale
Details on '96 individuals' said to 'potentially pose a risk to children' in Rochdale - including 37 still unidentified as they're known only by first names or nicknames such as 'The Dangerous Man' - can be revealed by the Manchester Evening News.
Despite numerous convictions, 68 'remaining' children believed to have been abused were said to be waiting for justice. The report referenced 'at least' 96 people considered a potential threat. Of the 96, 43 have been 'subject to police action' - including those convicted and jailed; those charged or summoned to court; or those facing no further action, where there was insufficient evidence to charge.
