Derek McInnes heaps praise on backroom team amid Killie success.
Kilmarnock boss Derek McInnes is heaping praise on his backroom staff and insists “everyone has a role to play” in the club’s fantastic season so far.
He said it is important for a manager to know when to make such changes, “to keep that freshness and keep ideas right. Recognising when to give it a wee jag here and there.” The Killie manager also praised First Team Technical Coach Craig Clark, citing his “great work ethic” and eagerness to learn. “He’s been a brilliant member of staff in terms of analysing opponents, good on the training pitch.”
