Lozano was 8 years old when his family was forcibly moved from their Denver Westside home, but the neighborhood is so important to him that he visits what’s left of it a few times a year. “I’d probably still be here if they didn’t make us move,” Lozano said. “I wish they hadn’t. This was our home.”
