Denise Karkos has been named Chief Marketing Officer of SiriusXM and Pandora
SiriusXM and Pandora announced on Tuesday the hiring of veteran marketeras the audio giant’s chief marketing officer. In her new role, Karkos will drive brand and digital marketing efforts for both brands and report to"Denise is exceptionally innovative and forward-thinking and we are very pleased and excited that she will be leading our marketing efforts as we continue to grow the SiriusXM and Pandora brands," said Witz.
Karkos arrives at SirusXM/Pandora from TD Ameritrade, where she oversaw advertising, social media, analytics and other disciplines, and recently led the marketing efforts of the company’s $4 billion acquisition of rival Scottrade. Prior to TD, she held various positions at The Via Group, L.L. Bean and Digitas, among others.
