A juror in the Azamat Tazhayakov trial is sick and need to go to the doctor; deliberations will continue MondayJury deliberations in the trial of a friend accused of removing evidence from the dorm room of a Boston Marathon bombing suspect has ended for the week and will resume Monday after a juror fell ill and needed to go to the doctor.

Deliberations in the federal trial of Azamat Tahayakov will resume on Monday, since another judge has a prior engagement Friday. The jury began deliberations Wednesday afternoon. Tazhayakov is charged with obstruction of justice and conspiracy. Prosecutors claim that Tazhayakov knew Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was the accused bomber a full eight hours before the FBI released Tsarnaev's name. His defense lawyer says his client is just a dumb college kid and that his friend, Dias Kadyrbayev, was the one who took Tsarnaev's backpack.

Tazhayakov's father, Amir Ismagulov, says this is the most concerned his son has been in his 14 months in jail. "The longer the jury deliberates, the more we are concerned," he told the press outside of Boston's federal courthouse.Three people were killed and more than 260 were injured in April 2013 attack.
