For the first time in Billboard’s Streaming Songs chart history, the top three songs are each debuts of newly released titles by different artists
“HIGHEST IN THE ROOM” is Scott’s first No. 1 debut on Streaming Songs as a lead artist and second overall, following the bow of “ZEZE” last October. It’s his third No. 1 in all; “Sicko Mode” spent a week atop the list earlier this year .
Finally, “HIGHEST IN THE ROOM” is the third No. 1 debut on Streaming Songs in 2019 and first in seven months. It follows“Bandit” starts at No. 2 on the Oct. 19 list with 38.7 million streams. It’s the top debut for both Juice WRLD and YoungBoy Never Broke Again on the chart, and it also marks the latter’s first top 10; he previously peaked at No. 13 in February 2018 with “Outside Today.”
Meanwhile, “10,000 Hours” debuts at No. 3 with 33.3 million streams. It marks Bieber’s 13th top 10 on Streaming Songs, placing him in a tie for the fourth most in the tally’s history . For Dan + Shay, it’s the country duo’s first top 10 after previously climbing as high as No. 42 twice , and the song itself is the highest-charting non-holiday country track ever on Streaming Songs.
