The new world tour featuring 'Drag Race' stars launched in Atlantic City Saturday
The first half of the show was a nonstop spectacle featuring each of the core cast serving as though their dystopian lives depended on it. Act one was punctuated by a dazzling medley featuring Katy Perry’s “Wide Awake,” performed by O’Hara, and Bosco lip-syncing to “Hero” by Mariah Carey before the entire cast launched into an explosive rendition of “Survivor” by Destiny’s Child, leading into intermission.
The second act featured more memorable numbers, including Bosco in full android regalia performing to AFROJACK’s “Take Over Control” with an outfit reminiscent of Spider-Man villain Doctor Octopus. The high-octane performed concluded with another full cast number ending with confetti, streamers, and a standing ovation from the dedicated and delighted crowd.
