According to police, James Lee Kopp Jr., 53, from McSherrystown abducted a 12-year-old at gunpoint from her home and fled the scene.

Philip Fry, 56, worked as a school bus driver, transporting children who live in the Steelton/Highspire School District to different private schools.DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A Dauphin County area bus driver is facing multiple charges following an ongoing child sexual abuse material investigation. ICAC Investigators, along with detectives from the Dauphin County Criminal Investigation Division executed a search warrant on Thursday, March 21 along the 1100 block of Oberlin Road in Middletown.

He has been formally charged with one count of sexual abuse of children- dissemination of photographs, videotapes, computer depiction and files, one count of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility. According to police, First Student Bus Services has been fully cooperating with investigators during the investigation following Fry's arrest this morning.
