Danny Elfman has denied accusations of sexual harassment Composer Danny Elfman has hit back at sexual abuse allegations made against him, calling them ‘absurd’ in his denial. The 70-year-old musician was accused of sexually abusing the anonymous woman but his lawyers have slammed the claims in new court documents. Elfman and his company, Musica de la Muerta, are being sued for sexual assault, gender violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual harassment and negligence.
’ His lawyers have slammed the claims as ‘untrue’ and ‘a whim’ The complaint alleges that the composer ‘expressed to Plaintiff that this was the only way he could work, be creative, and successful.’ She felt ‘she had no choice but to always comply with his requests, and Plaintiff felt this was a condition of their continued relationship,’ the complaint states. According to the Plaintiff, in 2002 Elfman: ‘Every time you have ever slept next to me, I would masturbate next to you.
