EXCLUSIVE: Model Danielle Lloyd has revealed how exercise and eating well have helped her stay on track following a traumatic event last year - and has shared her top tips
Danielle Lloyd is feeling and looking stronger than ever as she has introduced a new diet and fitness regime and dropped a stone. The 40 year old and her family were victim to a terrifying home invasion burglary last year and it shook her confidence and left her head "all over the place".
Now, fast forward five months and the model is putting her health and wellness first in order to stay strong - and has even lost a stone in the process. However, one thing that was important to Danielle was to lose the weight 'naturally' and ensure she didn't follow any fad diets that wouldn't be sustainable.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star - who is mum to Archie, 13, Harry, 12, 10-year-old George, Ronnie, six, and two-year-old Autumn - also admitted that she's been able to stick to her healthy eating because the entire family gets involved with her.
