Luis Montemayor, Alyxandra Martinez, and Eugene Tae, were arrested in connection to an organized crime ring after a kidnapping victim was found beaten, shot, and held for ransom, and authorities seized weapons, drugs, cash, stolen items, and a vehicle during the investigation. A Dallas man and an Austin woman were arrested Thursday morning in connection to an organized crime ring linked to a reported kidnapping.
