Dallas-based Topgolf plans to open a new Grand Prairie location
Topgolf said the location will create 300 jobs. The multilevel venue will feature the company’s outdoor hitting bays, big screen TVs and year-round programming.
It’ll also be equipped with Toptracer, a technology seen on TV that traces the flight path of golf balls. Toptracer also offers customers an interactive experience to play games such as Angry Birds and Jewel Jam. The company operates 80 venues globally, with 12 in Texas and four Dallas-Fort Worth locations — in Allen, Dallas, The Colony and Fort Worth.
