Emergency services rushed to the scene on Manse Road, at the junction with Drymen Road, at around 8.10am on Tuesday March 19. Sadly, Una Brandreth succumbed to her injuries.
A cyclist who died in a horror crash involving a HGV in Bearsden earlier this week has been named by police as her heartbroken family pay tribute to the 'much loved' mum.
"We are asking for privacy at what is a very difficult time for us all as we come to terms with our loss. Sergeant Chris Hoggans, of Police Scotland’s Road Policing Unit, said: "Our thoughts remain with Una’s family and friends.

Cyclist dies after being hit by HGV near GlasgowA cyclist has tragically died after being hit by an HGV near Glasgow. Emergency services raced to the scene on Manse Road, near the junction with Drymen Road, in Bearsden at around 8.10am on Tuesday.
