New York: Gov. Andrew Cuomo threatens to reverse reopening in parts of the state that aren’t following or enforcing coronavirus safety rules
WSJ Staff• The U.S. coronavirus death toll passed 115,000 while reported cases neared 2.1 million, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University. Cases world-wide exceeded 7.9 million, and more than 433,000 people have died.
• A cluster of nearly 80 infections in Beijing, all associated with a meat-and-vegetable wholesale market, has caused authorities to shut parts of the Chinese capital.
