New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday said the state has around two dozen new cases of novel coronavirus, as he again urged the federal government to increase testing capacity to stem the spread of the disease.
On Monday, officials said there were 142 confirmed coronavirus infections in New York. Most of the cases are in Westchester County, north of New York City.
