The Broadwood side are second in the Lowland League after a strong start to the campaign
Cumbernauld Colts boss David Proctor hopes his side can maintain their winning run to keep the pressure on East Kilbride at the top of the Lowland League.
They now travel to East Stirlingshire tonight and head to Gala Fairydean Rovers on Saturday ahead of a crunch clash with East Kilbride next month on November 11 at K-Park. “We don’t want to make wholesale changes for East Stirling, but there will be one or two players champing at the bit to get game time.”
Proctor said: “We’ve had a difficult run in terms of away fixtures recently. Edinburgh University, over the years at my time at East Kilbride, is not a trip you take for granted. They are a strong and athletic team so you can’t approach them with any complacency.
