The 'Lough Neagh neglected doll' is called Megan and she comes with warnings of a curse
A creepy doll pulled from the depths of the Blackwater is going house-to-house over Halloween to raise awareness of Lough Neagh's plight, marine litter and water pollution.
Dogs, fish and wildlife died while people lost jobs and businesses closed down after toxic blue-green algae took hold of the biggest freshwater lake on these islands. "She's off to a new house later on today!! If she lands with you make sure to write a wee piece on what the Lough means to you. So if you hear a scraping at your door or window at night, it may just be Megan looking in."
