A council says it cannot allow cones to be placed on the street, however well intentioned that is.
Cones were put in place in the area of a bus stop where two lanes effectively go down to one on Binley Road, a street accessed by a roundaboutTraffic cones have been put out into a road by a resident who said there has been accidents on his street.
A pedestrian was truck in another incident, the man who wanted to remain anonynmous said after the city council removed his cones for a second time. The problem was there were two bus stops were quite close to each other and many drivers would try to overtake the buses when they were there.
