Cole Kelly and Warren Williams have denied a charged of attempted murder
Lancashire Police were called to Birch Green Road in Skelmersdale at 6.11pm on Wednesday, November 9 after reports of a gun being fired. A man in his 30s was found with a gunshot wound to his leg.
Cole Kelly, 22, pleaded not guilty to the charges put to him at Preston Crown Court on October 31. His co-defendant, Warren Williams, pleaded not guilty to the same charges at an earlier hearing, LancsLive reports.READ MORE: Seven pictures show one of Liverpool's worst pavement parking hotspots The pair will stand trial on January 2, 2024.
