The musician said in a tweet that he was giving his 90 hourly employees the money immediately to help them during his bar's temporary closure amid growing coronavirus concerns.
"My heart goes out to all the guys/girls on Lower Broad," Bentley wrote."Feels like yesterday that it was me down there working for tips." Bentley encouraged other business owners to act similarly, urging them to help their workers while restaurants and bars shutter temporarily.announced closing bars throughout Davidson County"I encourage all bar owners on Lower Broadway to take care of their bartenders, bar backs, waitresses, security, dishwashers, etc., the best they can," Bentley said."Lower Broadway is the heartbeat of Nashville.
