the attention of many in Westminster has turned to the looming leadership election.
Downing Street is in the process of a Cabinet reshuffle following the mass resignation of senior and junior ministers. Ministers had intended to fast-track the Bill through its remaining stages, but it is now unclear as to when this will happen as Northern Ireland Secretary Brandon Lewis resigned from his post in the Cabinet Office on Thursday morning, throwing the issue into chaos.
