Sharon called it a "Rollercoaster," and Colson said: "And one day I just decided", reports the Mirror. Sharon remarked: "You know people who don’t have to worry about their weight, they have no idea how hard it is… it's a killer." The actor from ITV's Coronation Street has been open about losing weight and even made a film called Bored of Being the Fat Kid. It shows how he worked hard to get fit.
