Coronation Street has informed fans to 'remember' as they issued a joint statement alongside Emmerdale. ITV 's flagship soaps don't always join forces but they did on Monday to reveal a change which they hope is a 'treat' to viewers.
It means that soap lovers don't have to wait until 7.30pm for Emmerdale on weeknights or 8pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for Corrie to air. "We're giving you a little treat this summer whilst the Olympics are on," the post says. "On each day of transmission, you can find Corrie and Emmerdale episodes on ITVX at 7am!"
