Coronation Street icon Roy Cropper finds himself under suspicion and wrongly arrested for the possible murder of former employee Lauren Bolton in upcoming scenes
Coronation Street fans will see a familiar face return next week as Roy Cropper finds himself in a spot of bother.
On Friday night, Bobby became even more suspicious of Roy when he found him cleaning Lauren's flat, even though Roy was just trying to help. Meanwhile, after David and Shona wonder if Lauren's dad's far-right group could be linked to her disappearance, Max secretly visits Lauren's dad Reece in prison. He tells Reece that Roy is being wrongly accused of Lauren's murder when all he did was clean her flat.
Later on, Roy fills his car boot with shovels and bin bags and goes to the roost site to check everything is okay. But when he gets back, DS Swain is waiting to take him to the police station.
