The actor, who plays David Platt in the ITV soap, will travel to the seaside town to open the resorts 'newest and most fun hotel' at a special ceremony. He will cut the ribbon at the four-star hotel in Talbot Road at 10am.
Speaking ahead of the opening, General Manager, Mark Winter, said: "We’re so excited we’ve got the keys to the hotel so we can get all the final preparation finished ahead of opening our doors. The rooms and facilities are all looking amazing and it’s great to be able to share a glimpse of what our guests can expect with these latest pictures.
Originally scheduled to open in summer 2022, the project has been somewhat delayed but is looking to create 80 new jobs from managerial positions through to front of house and housekeeping staff.
