Coronation Street fans have said goodbye to a dastardly character at last tonight . Broke businessman-turned-serial killer Stephen Reid made sure his last hours on the the cobbles were memorable by attacking his niece Sarah Barlow and partner Jenny Connor.
He spent some time leading the police a merry dance, and there was more than one character who finally copped on to who he really was behind the charming facade. Then, as the audience was still reeling from the shock of Stephen’s death, with mum Audrey crouched over him, another bombshell was dropped as Tim, who’d been attacked by Stephen earlier in the week and his lifeless body dumped in the boot of his taxi, opened his eyes.
